Congratulations on being accepted to the MADE Artisan Market popup market! We are thrilled to have you join our little family. We have prepared a few items for you to get ready for the market. See below for events, links, payment, and tips!
Submit your Payment
If you received an email from us indicating your acceptance to the market for your preferred dates, you can submit your secure payment here. Payments are due 1 week prior to your reservation. If you have to withdraw from the market for any reason, please do so at least 1 week prior to your reservation for a 100% refund. Any notification less than 1 week prior will result in 50% refund. All reservations are non-transferrable. As a reminder, the fee schedule is available on this page. If you are unsure of your total fees, feel free to email us for confirmation.
Pricing (Jewelers, please contact us for special rates for locked case displays):

$600 per month for Nov + December weekends. Permanent booth space setup for the duration of the market.

$300 per weekend for any weekend of your choice if available. Booth space for the weekend, needs to be removed on non-exhibiting weekends

$100 per single day reservation. Booth space for the reserved days only, needs to be removed on non-exhibiting days
Leesburg Market - Key Dates
We are so excited to have you join us for our Holiday Pop-up market in the Village at Leesburg! Whether you are reserving a booth for a day, a weekend, or a month, we'd like to give you some information to help you plan to make this the best experience! Here are some key dates:
November Move-In: Wednesday November 3rd, 12pm - 6pm
Grand Opening day: Thursday November 4th 10am - 6pm*
Thanksgiving Day: Thursday November 25 (CLOSED)
Open House: Wednesday November 17 - Appetizers and refreshments 5pm - 8 pm. A great time to meet the other vendors and see the space!
December Move-In: Wednesday December 3rd, 12-6pm
December Opening day: Thursday December 4th 10am - 6pm*
Christmas Eve: Friday December 24 (PENDING)
Christmas Day: Saturday December 25 (CLOSED)
New Years Eve: Friday December 31st (10am - 3pm)
New Years Day: Saturday January 1st (CLOSED)
December Move-out: Sunday January 2nd after 3pm
* Shop hours are Thursday - Sunday 10am - 6pm. Vendors will have access to their booths starting at 9am each day and we will be available after hours for any breakdown or setup after 6pm.
